This event is for individuals of all ages with physical disabilities.

What is wakesurfing?

Our team of professionals specialize in finding unique and creative ways to coach each of our adaptive athletes the way which best suits their needs! We love to think outside the box!

What is wakesurfing?

Wakesurfing is a low impact water sport behind specialized boats with inboard propellers only. Wakesurfers us a board similar to an ocean surfboard and a tow rope to get up behind the boat Typically while riding the boat will travel at a casual speed around 11rpm.  We encourage you to watch some videos on wakesurfing before coming to join us!

Not a problem! A cool aspect of this event is we provide different prosthetics you can test out while wakesurfing! 

       

  Key notes: To make this possible you will need to make sure you can submerge your         socket in the water.

Of course! We require one legal guardian for any minors joining us to surf! Due to boats having a capacity limit we can not promise more than one person will be able to join on the boat at the same time. You can however switch it up mid day when we stop for lunch.

Plan for a day in the water and sun! Towel, Sunscreen, if you prefer your own life jacket, sunglasses, hat, bathing suit, snacks, water

This event is designed only for those with a physical disability to have the opportunity to learn how to wake surf. Due to the high enrollment of our participants we are not able to provide wakesurfing to friends or family members.

How long should I plan to be at the event?

We provide lunch for all our participants and a plus one.

A full day of water activities! A typical event will have a morning and afternoon session on the water.
